Hello
I have been a Reverse Mortgage specialist since 2002 and live in Summerville, SC. My goal is to help you understand what a Reverse Mortgage is and how it might help you achieve your financial objectives. My approach is to provide all the information you need in a relaxed atmosphere. Then you can make an informed decision that is right for you-either now or in the future. I will answer all your questions and furnish a personalized information packet that addresses your unique situation. You can expect straight talk and absolutely no pressure. Reverse Mortgage financing is a smart choice for many people, but not everyone is a good candidate. I won’t attempt a hard sell, or try to talk you into something you don’t want, need, or understand. We can meet in the comfort and convenience of your home if you decide to apply. I will then guide you through the reverse mortgage process step by step, keeping you informed on the loan’s progress form beginning to end. The following is the step by step process I follow. |
